Message: Although this hotel was built 18 years ago, this hotel may need some improvements.. First, the amenities are less. There is no fridge or microwave available even when you stay at a small room. The alarm clock goes off at 6 am to wake you for breakfast.. Second, the condition. The bathrooms wall is quite torn and needs repainting.. Third, breakfast hours. They close at 10am, which makes it more crowded for people for those who want to wake up really early. I would suggest maybe making the hours late like 6-11am.. Although it was a nice hotel for us to stay in for four nights total.

Message: Wonderful location. Close to everything! Staff was so kind. Hotel was clean, bed were comfy. We got delayed an extra 2 night due to extreme weather in our home state and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we could stay the extra nights and that we were taken care of. Would highly recommend staying here and when we come back, we will definitely stay here again.

Message: Great location and multiple subway stations are around the corner or a couple of blocks away. The hotel and rooms are a bit worn-out. I heard humming or low roaring noise during night and couldn't figure out whether it's due to the street traffic, or wind around the building, or toilet flushing. The rooms are not quite sound-proof for sure. The free breakfast was great.

Message: Pros:. Great location. Close to all the places we wanted to go and to the subway station. Great value. Decent breakfast provided, and good value for the parking option. Probably the best value hotel around time square that we've search. Cons:. The build is old. Sound insolation wasn't good. No not water available sometimes during the day, and the heater didn't always stay at the temperature that we set, but you got what you paid for.
