Message: Location amazing close to everything! Room and hotel super cute! The staff especially Angela were so sweet and the gentleman as well always had a smile on their face and very welcoming! So glad I stayed here.

Message: The hotel is currently under renovation and we received an upgrade to an already renovated room- so, so nice! Clean and spacious with comfortable beds, a Nescafe coffee maker and a working air-condition. And: we had a view on the Empire State Building! A safe is available, too.. The shower has a big shower head as well as a hand held one; the water pressure is great. The only thing missing was a tall wall mirror but I am assuming it will still be set up.. The staff is very nice, always ready to help, and the hotel is in a perfect location to walk (almost) everywhere.. I highly recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed!

Message: This hotel was tricky to find as the main entrance is not signed well and is only a glass door. The check in went well and we had a room on the 11th floor with the most amazing views of the Empire State building. We slept with with the blinds open to see the city lights come on and the day break. It was worth every penny. The location of this hotel is good as the subway is nearby for Times Square and Broadway. The room also has a complimentary Nespresso coffee machine with pods but no tea making facilities. I am a coffee drinker so this was great for me. There are no breakfast facilities here. The room was big and clean and the bed really comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Message: The location was amazing! We could easily walk to all of our shows and even to Central Park. We loved seeing the Empire State Building change colors at night from our window. The rooms were immaculate, the snacks were appreciated, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us umbrellas on a rainy morning. Highly recommend!

Message: Absolutely a great place to stay! Rooms are sizable and the beds are comfortable. Environment was extremely clean. The staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. We stayed here for almost a whole week and the treatment remained the same. Plan to stay again when we next visit.

Message: There's no other way you can get this wonderful view at this price in Manhattan! Broadway Plaza is a real hidden gem

Message: Let me start by saying the concierge was wonderful! Keeping the doors open and scheduling the rides to and from the airport. The room had no heat. And there was no microwave. I was directed to the nearest 711. Which was not free. The room had a mold like material in the shower. Everyone was nice. You get what you pay for is the old adage. The location is close to everything which made it worth the trip.

Message: Excellent location, clean, quiet hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious (king) with a pull out couch. Bathrooms are slightly dated but overall the room is very comfortable and safe. Boutique hotel feel. Small fridge in the room. Nespresso, snacks and water daily. Lots of yummy food options close by. Would definitely return.
