Message: Convenient location, close to main attractions and dining options. Room very small and dark. Toilet didn't flush properly. Breakfast was very basic and the same every morning, very underwhelming! For an 8 night stay, I had to eat something else.

Message: Great location, most major attractions are within walking distance. The free breakfast is great as well. The hotel room was a little run down but was still nice. The only cons were the poor wifi and only having one usable outlet in a two person room.

Message: Rooms were spotless. Bathroom was lovely. Breakfast sets you up nicely for the day with a nice selection of cereals, pastries tea and coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didnt use the restaurant or bar but other guests said they were very nice. Superb location with a subway 50 meters from the door so a great base for tourists. Highly recommend a stay here.

Message: Nice location with a subway station on the doorstep. I stayed in a big room. Breakfast is ok with enough stuff to satisfy but don’t expect a feast. The cleaning staff does a great job, at least that is my perception. But, it is an old hotel in an old building, you can feel that in some details like: one small elevator for lots of apartments, some furniture with marks. But overall a really good hotel to stay in Manhattan.

Message: The room was fine and the price was fair. Had a room with two double beds, it was clean and nice, but nothing spectacular. They are doing some construction in the lobby right now, but it had no impact on the experience. The location is great (right near MSG). The only complaint I would have is that the room was a little warm. The heat was on even though we had it turned all the way down, there was a small air conditioning unit in the window, but it didn't do much.. it probably gets a little frozen from overuse in the winter (I was there in December).

Message: This is for the lounge upstairs. Walk in the hotel, take the stairs in your light of sight. Very cool vibe. Chill. Jazzy music with some Asian mixed in there. Sofas and arm chairs instead of your typical wooden sh! ts. Good stuff. The cocktails definitely leave something to be desired. Happy hour is nice, though. 5-8, bunch of wines, beers, and half off well drinks. Placed seemed to empty out when it ended.

Message: The concierges were polite and helpful. They do offer free breakfast, but its simply bagels, croissants, and muffins.. not the best. The rooms were clean and maintained. It was great they had refrigerators for all the food we brought. They do store bags which was super helpful.
